* Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated healthcare services
* Engage in regular home visits to monitor patient progress and provide ongoing support
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing patient outcomes and service delivery
Key Requirements
* Hold a registered nursing qualification and maintain current registration with relevant authorities
* Possess extensive knowledge and experience in acute mental health, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
* Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
