As we grow, we're looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes experimentation, data, and scalable acquisition.

What you'll do:
* Own end-to-end growth campaigns across paid, organic, email, content, and social channels
* Design, run, and optimise A/B tests, landing pages, and funnel experiments to improve conversion rates
* Analyse performance data and turn it into clear, actionable strategies
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing with pipeline goals
* Build and nurture demand-generation programs targeted at HR leaders, SMEs, and scale-ups
* Help shape our brand voice and create compelling content that educates and converts
* Track and report on key growth metrics: CAC, LTV, ROI, pipeline contribution
What we're looking for:
* 2–5+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing (SaaS/B2B experience highly preferred)
* Proven track record of driving measurable growth — whether that's lead volume, user acquisition, or revenue impact
* Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot/Salesforce, and Excel/Google Sheets
* Creative thinker who is comfortable with rapid experimentation and learning from both wins and failures
* Excellent written and verbal communication — you can craft copy that resonates with HR professionals
