* Primary contact for students with course queries, class times, timetabling, payments, and visa requirements
* Assist with student enrolment, intakes, and orientations by ensuring all necessary documents are in order and up-to-date
* Support marketing activities and special events through effective promotion and outreach
* Perform administrative duties across programs as required
* Issue student cards and official documentation in a timely manner
* Liaise with SSOs and Managers at other campuses to ensure seamless delivery of services
* Manage library resources to ensure they are accessible and user-friendly
