Cyber security specialists play a crucial role in protecting organizations' digital assets. As a Cyber Security Specialist (GRC), you will be responsible for managing and improving customers' security governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
This includes developing and enforcing security policies, standards, and frameworks as per regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in cyber security risk management, policy development, and governance, with a strong analytical and problem-solving skill set.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and frameworks as per regulatory requirements.
* Perform regular security audits and identify cyber security risks.
* Implement security controls and maintain vulnerability management and threat detection systems.
* Develop and maintain Cyber Security Assessment and Authorization documentation suite.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in cyber security or information technology.
* 5+ years of experience in cyber security risk management, policy development, and governance.
* Industry certifications like CISA, ISO Lead Implementer/Auditor, or similar.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to details.

Security Requirements
Eligibility for SECRET (NV1) level Defense security clearance is required. Current SECRET (NV1) clearance is preferred.
