Your Role
As a Sales and Revenue Manager at RoomPriceGenie, you will be the main point of contact for hotel clients, guiding them through pricing strategies and ensuring they maximize our technology. You will support clients from free trial to fully onboarded success stories, and your insights will shape the product’s future.
- Serve as the primary contact for hotel clients, mastering revenue management and pricing strategies.
- Own the journey from lead to loyal customer—handle leads, support setup, and maintain feedback loops.
- Build your own network, source deals, and grow a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Collaborate with the tech team, providing valuable product improvement input from real client feedback.
- Shape the future of our fast-growing startup with creative ideas and fresh approaches.
Your Profile
- C2-level English proficiency with excellent communication skills.
- Eligible to live and work in Australia or New Zealand.
- A problem solver passionate about tech, numbers, and innovation.
- Experience in Revenue Management or hospitality tech sales, understanding hoteliers’ needs.
- Ideal: Degree in business or hospitality.
- Enthusiastic, passionate, and eager to learn in a dynamic, high-energy workplace.
- Excellent communicator who builds strong client relationships.
