Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for:Provide efficient and high standards of customer service to customers and stakeholders.Work within a fast-paced environment with KPI's and mechanisms to measure and monitor performance.Connect and maintain relationships with industry, local suppliers and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.Demonstrate high-level interpersonal skills, including negotiation, minimisation of aggression and dispute resolution as to and actively participate in internal innovation activities, be a positive contributor to a great team and culture and actively participate in and contribute to internal innovative activities.Ensure high standards and accuracy when compiling documents and reports or updating records and information systems.Effectively undertake general administration functions as required.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will possess the following:Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.Attention to detail with accurate documentation and system to analyse information, solve problems, and use sound judgment.
