Role Expectations:
**Personal Care Worker (PCW)**, you will make a positive impact on the lives of the Participants with your compassionate and supportive approach by.
- Creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive care experience
- Provide personal care assistance with daily living.
- Mobility assistance in accordance with participant care plans
- Build relationships with our participants and visitors.
- A team player who enjoys having FUN at work
- Display exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate health care documentation as required.
Experience in any of the following areas would be beneficial:
- Peg Care and Feeding
- Wound care
- Medication Competent
- Manual handling
- Bowel Care Management
- Meal Preparation
- Behavior Support
- Catheter Bag Support
We offer:
- Hourly rates ranging from **$37.70 - $75.28 +super.**:

What we require from you:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check / Yellow Card
- Police Check (Up to date)
- Working With Children / Blue Card (preferred)
- Certificate III/ IV or Paid Experience
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Driver's License
- Flu vaccine
- Fully Covid 19 vaccinated and booster shot would be desirable as per NSW Health Regulations
- Valid Rights to work in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc)
