We have an opportunity available to join our Food and Beverage team as our newest **Minibar Attendant.** This role starts at 10am - 2pm (approx), two - three days a week. The shifts are between 4-6 hrs each day. There is the opportunity to pick up extra hours working as a Food and Beverage Attendant in our restaurant 8am - 10am.
**Your role **will require you to drive a buggy so **a valid drivers licence is essential. **You will provide guests with a fully-stocked and well maintained mini-bar, assist guests with other purchases that they would like to make pertaining to in room retail items. Stock the minibar cart with the necessary items in order to maintain the par level on a daily basis.
**This is a on-going role and would suit a resident or local looking for a role with regular guaranteed hours.**

**Your role will involve**:
- Provide guests with a fully-stocked and well maintained Minibar
- Maintain stock par levels on a daily basis
- Clean and defrost minibars regularly
- Inventory all guest minibars on a daily basis and post the appropriate charges to the room prior to guest departure
- Maintain, track and complete daily worksheet of villa retail and Minibar stock
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Stock ordering
- Complete weekly stocktake
- Other duties as directed by your manager
We are looking for motivated, trustworthy, well presented person who works well on their own and can manage their time efficiently.
To be successful you will hold a **current** **NSW RSA**, be a strong team player working well with colleagues.
**Requirements**:
- Preferably an Australian permanent resident with a commitment to longer term employment.
- This is an on-going role so we require your commitment of 6 months or more to be considered
- Previous hotel, resort or restaurant experience would be highly regarded
- Previous experience working as a Food and Beverage or Minibar attendant or Waiter
- **Current NSW RSA** and drivers licence
- The ability to work the hours and day outlined above.
