My client is a Global Insurer with offices all around Australia who are on the hunt for some Motor Claims Advisors to join their fun and friendly team.
**What will you be doing**:
- Working on motor/heavy motor claims, managing the process end-to-end
- Assessing all information relating to claims and investigating as required
- Processing claims payments using an online software system.
- Notifying Brokers, Underwriters, and other stakeholders of claim status.
- Assisting the claims team with the lodgment of new motor claims.
- Liaising with customers and suppliers to coordinate repairs and obtain missing documentation.
**What you will bring to the role**:
- Your knowledge of managing motor claims end-to-end
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
