Join Sydney's funniest breakfast show – Jimmy, Nath & Emma Be part of a team that creates smart, entertaining radio in a truly collaborative environment. Our Sydney studio is just a five-minute walk from Town Hall, so you'll be right in the heart of the city while working on content that makes people laugh every morning.
A day in the life?
As the EP for The Jimmy, Nath & Emma show, you're leading a fast-moving breakfast show where every day is different. You're in early, shaping the day's plan with Jimmy, Nath and Emma - what's topical, what's funny, and what will connect. Once the show's on air, you're across every detail, keeping it sharp, safe, and on time.
After the show, it's quick debriefs, honest feedback, and planning for what's next. You're mentoring producers, spotting opportunities, and keeping an eye on what's happening across the market. You work closely with the Content Director and network team to make sure the show's direction stays clear, creative, and consistent.

What You'll Need
* A strong understanding of music strategy, including experience with Selector, form guides, clocks, and the ability to oversee music scheduling.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to guide on-air talent and achieve station goals.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with the Content Team and Content Director.
* Solid knowledge of legal compliance for contests, including assessing risk around legal and PR outcomes.
* The ability to foster an environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and fresh ideas.
