The role
We're looking for a creative doer, maker and community-builder to join our small (but mighty) team as our Social Media & Community Manager .
You're someone who's just as comfortable filming lo-fi stories on your phone as you are planning an IRL event. You have a great eye, you move quickly, and you love making things feel good – visually, emotionally, and socially.
This is a hands-on, creative role where you'll work directly with Laura (our co-founder) to bring the TUTTOFARE brand to life – across social, content, community, and collaborations. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to build long-term brand equity through storytelling, creator partnerships, and community connection.
What you'll be doing
Content Creation & Execution
* Concept and create a steady stream of high- and low-fi organic content across Instagram, TikTok & YouTube to drive long-term value
* Develop content that feels native, real, and on-brand – and can also be repurposed for paid
* Plan and execute founder-led content with our co-founders that adds depth, credibility, and personal connection to our brand story
* Own monthly content days and lead creative direction for launch and campaign shoots, ensuring every touchpoint delivers lasting value
* Collaborate with UGC creators to brief, review, and repurpose assets that align with brand and campaign goals
* Manage a flexible content calendar while leaving space for spontaneous, high-impact moments
Creator Collaborations & Outreach
* Cultivate authentic, high-value relationships with aligned creators, influencers, and partner brands that amplify TUTTOFARE's mission and grow our reach meaningfully over time
* Manage outreach, negotiations, and briefing for creator partnerships – ensuring alignment on values, voice, and content vision
* Define clear KPIs for creators and collaborators, and track success based on performance, retention, and long-term brand-building impact
* Identify rising talent and emerging voices who can become integral members of our brand ecosystem
Performance & Optimisation
* Track in-platform metrics to understand what drives lasting engagement and conversion
* Combine creative instinct with an experimental mindset to evolve our content and creator strategy continuously
* Regularly report on insights, learnings, and next steps – always with an eye on building sustained value
Community Engagement
* Coordinate and support community activations, retail collabs, and brand-aligned events
* Manage day-to-day organic posts and keep the brand voice consistent and real
* Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions with intention
Brand Expansion
* Help bring the TUTTOFARE brand to life across every touchpoint – launches, content, founder moments, events
* Identify opportunities for brand growth through smart collaborations and content-driven engagement strategies
* Help shape the little things that make our brand feel considered – like packaging touches and thoughtful details
* Be ready to wear multiple hats – we're a small, fast-moving team that believes in thinking big, executing fast, and always creating with heart
What we're looking for
* 2+ years experience in a similar content, brand or creative role
* A creative doer with follow-through – you bring ideas to life and make things happen
* You're fluent in social platforms, fast-moving trends, and how to create content that feels native to each one
* Video & photo editing skills using Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
* Great aesthetic sense – you know how to shoot, style and edit in a way that feels elevated, even if it's raw
* A people person – great with collaborators, confident directing talent, and fun to have on set
* Based on the Gold Coast or open to relocating. This is a hybrid role (a mix of home and in-person studio days)

* Familiarity with UGC strategies and influencer management
* Interest in natural skincare, wellness or holistic health
