As an Employment Consultant, you will be at the heart of helping job seekers rewrite their stories. Working closely with employers and participants, you will deliver employment solutions that are personal, practical, and powerful.
The role is ideal for individuals who are driven, solution-focused, and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience in sales, retail, call centres, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers
* Support participants to identify skills to become job ready
* Deliver quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements
* Enhance participants' employability through training and support service referrals
* Develop personalised job plans for clear employment pathways
* Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
