We're looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven Sales Administrator to join our fast-paced, supportive, and friendly sales department.
This role is the heartbeat of our sales team – you'll ensure our agents are equipped to deliver outstanding service while keeping our processes running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Do:
* Prepare, process, and manage sales documentation and contracts
* Coordinate property marketing campaigns, including online listings, brochures, and signage
* Liaise with solicitors, vendors, and buyers to ensure smooth transactions
* Manage databases and CRM updates with accuracy and attention to detail
* Provide daily administrative support to our sales agents and sales coordinator
* Assist with general reception and office support when required
What We're Looking For:
* Previous real estate administration or similar high-volume admin experience (preferred but not essential)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems
* A current NSW Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain one
