The Role:
* Provide administrative support to the Sales & Leasing team, including preparing documents, managing calendars, and handling paperwork
* Assist with marketing across EDMs, social media, and brochures
* Manage inbound enquiries, greet visitors, and help keep the office running smoothly
* Support the Executive Assistant and Managing Director with ad hoc tasks and event coordination
The Ideal Candidate:
Real Estate experience is a bonus – but not a must If you're a motivated self-starter with solid admin skills and a genuine eagerness to learn, this could be your perfect entry into the industry. We're looking for someone who brings:
* A current Certificate of Registration in Real Estate (essential to be considered)
* Strong computer and tech skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* A friendly, professional manner with top-tier customer service skills
* A strong work ethic and positive, can-do attitude
