As a dynamic agency with a priority to provide 5-star service to high-end clientele, this team is continually searching for new ways to improve customer satisfaction, property knowledge, and technology systems. Now seeking a Sales & Leasing Administrator to join their expanding team, this is an opportunity to align yourself with the highest performing industry leaders.

**The Role**:

- Provide support to Sales & Leasing Agents
- Prepare templated letters, agency agreements, reports, documentation
- Calendar management
- Database management
- Coordinate company marketing including EDMs, social media, and brochures
- Assist in the organization of events (ordering catering, calendar invites, etc.)
- Answer and redirect incoming calls
- Greet visitors as required
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the office, kitchen, and meeting rooms
- Assist the Executive Assistant and Managing Director with ad hoc requests

While previous Real Estate experience is highly regarded, it is not essential If you are a self-starter with strong administration skills who has a willingness to learn and grow, this could be the perfect opportunity to begin your career We are seeking an individual with:

- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Fantastic computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- High communication both written & verbal
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Great customer service skills
- A strong work ethic
