Job Summary
This is a Lead Payroll Implementation Consultant role for a company with a strong history of defining the future of business solutions.
The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of experience working in a complex operational/end to end implementation/service delivery role, preferably with knowledge of SAP ERP System and human capital management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing payroll solutions for clients.
* Leading project teams to ensure successful project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
* Providing training and support to clients on new systems and improving their overall efficiency.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a complex operational/end to end implementation/service delivery role.
* Strong knowledge of payroll, human resources, and time management systems.
* Experience in SAP ERP System or similar platforms.
* Demonstrated experience in an implementation lead role with effective communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels and provide excellent customer service.
