Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced technical documentation specialist to support our client in the financial services industry.
* Create high-quality artefacts such as testing strategies, readiness guides, technical specs, and external-facing presentation packs.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather, review, and finalize content across cross-functional teams.
* Ensure consistency and clarity across all documentation, aligning with internal standards and industry best practices.
Requirements
* At least 5 years in technical writing and content creation with a background in creating technical content, document creation, and presentation packs for external audiences.
* Strong capabilities with documentation tools including Confluence, JIRA, Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and Visio.
* Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise language for diverse audiences.
* Attention to detail with commitment to producing accurate, consistent deliverables.
* Some understanding of financial or regulatory frameworks.
* Background in creating process diagrams and visual aids to enhance documentation.
* Capability to assist with training by creating instructional content and facilitating knowledge transfer sessions.
