A strategic role within the HR function focused on supporting employees and business leaders.
Gaining hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding through to offboarding and engagement.
 * Posting job ads, managing applications, and coordinating interviews
 * Preparing contracts and onboarding documentation
 * Setting up new employees in HRIS, payroll, and compliance systems
 * Maintaining accurate employee records and compliance tracking
 * Assisting with contract changes, leave processes, and exit procedures
 * Coordinating training records and supporting staff engagement initiatives
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, motivated, and passionate about HR. You'll bring:
 * A degree (or near completion) in HR, Business, or a related field
 * Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
 * Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
 * Confidence using Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus
 * A can-do attitude and an interest in healthcare or community services
