Enrolled Nurse – Specialist Clinics (Part Time, Ongoing Contract)
Part Time, Ongoing Contract – 16 hours per fortnight.
Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region offering acute, sub‐acute, aged care and community services. The specialist clinics provide planned, non‐admitted services that link inpatient and primary care. This role supports the daily functions of the Specialist Clinics under the supervision of a registered nurse one day a week.
The successful applicant will ensure patient‐centred, comprehensive, safe and evidence‐based care for patients in the High‐Risk Foot Clinic, Fracture Clinic, Surgical Outpatients, Medical Review Clinic and Genealogical Clinic. As an integral member of the multidisciplinary team, the Enrolled Nurse will collaborate with nurses, doctors and allied health professionals and support appropriate community services for patient care journeys.
Qualifications and Experience
• Enrolled Nurse qualification.
• Ability to work under RN supervision one day per week.
• Strong clinical communication and teamwork skills.
