The Role
This Site Manager role will see you delivering a $4m commercial build in Brisbane.
While residential in form, the project involves a concrete structure and commercial construction methodologies, making it more aligned to a commercial build than traditional residential work. Reporting into senior management, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the project, managing site operations, subcontractors, programme, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities
* Coordinate concrete works, structural trades, and specialist subcontractors
* Manage site safety, quality, and compliance
* Oversee programme and sequencing to maintain momentum
* Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings and specifications
* Liaise with consultants, engineers, and suppliers
* Report progress, risks, and issues to senior management
* Drive the project through to practical completion
You
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or structurally complex projects
* Strong understanding of concrete structures and construction sequencing
* Ability to manage technical delivery alongside high-quality finishes
* Confident running a project with a high level of autonomy
* Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
