We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to support the retail dealership marketing team at Autosports Group, a leading listed retail automotive dealer group representing world-class prestige and luxury brands.
The opportunity:
Contribute to developing strategic marketing plans, executing campaigns, creating customer communications, and coordinating events in collaboration with key stakeholders. Report directly to the Group Marketing Manager, working from our centralised head office in Fortitude Valley with occasional local travel to dealerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, optimising campaign performance.
* Create engaging marketing campaigns to drive leads and sales conversions, collaborating with agencies and suppliers as needed.
* Analyse campaign data, providing actionable insights to enhance marketing ROI for dealership teams.
* Design and manage online content across websites and social media platforms.
* Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
About You:
* Degree or qualification in business or marketing is desired.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably in automotive dealerships, media agencies, or group franchises.
* Strong time management skills, effective communication, and confidence in stakeholder engagement.
