Job Overview:
An experienced Enterprise Service Management Solutions Architect is sought to design, manage and implement ESM projects with expertise in ICT disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, execute and monitor ESM projects with extensive knowledge of enterprise service management platforms.
2. Develop and maintain strong technical skills in ESM platforms (e.g. BMC Remedy, Atlassian Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Cherwell and/or similar).
3. Translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
4. Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
2. Relevant certifications in ESM platforms are advantageous.
3. Experience developing data models such as configuration management databases (CMDBs) and using IaC (Terraform) and Git (Gitlab).
4. Operational experience within ICT management frameworks such as ITIL.
