The role Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination for the Non-Drive shed to ensure the accessibility of all non-drive vehicles for assessment. Triage vehicles on arrival, then barcode and check into Vehicle stock management system Organise and coordinate vehicles into bays and any other tow in’s and tow outs, updating the relevant systems to reflect vehicle movements Batching of vehicles in coordinated fashion to ensure minimal movements and reduce risk of damages Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the Non-Drive Shed Control tow truck flow, drop offs and pick ups Restocking shed consumables Identify, photograph and organise the tow out of total losses. Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate vehicle movement and flow. Experience with inventory or asset tracking systems, preferably related to vehicles. Proficiency in operating vehicle moving equipment (e.g., car movers). A strong understanding and commitment to Work Health & Safety (WHS) principles and procedures. Current and valid driver's licence (essential). Forklift licence is highly regarded.
