The opertunity
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Formworker to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for building, setting up the moulds (forms) that create our precast concrete panels. This is a fantastic opportunity for a tradesperson or skilled labourer to develop a specialised skill set in a modern manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Read and interpret workshop drawings and plans.
· Accurately construct, assemble, and prepare steel and timber moulds for concrete pouring.
· Apply release agents and ensure moulds are clean and prepared to the highest standard.
· Perform basic maintenance and repairs on moulds.
· Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
· Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
· Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Experience):
· Essential:
· Proven experience as a Formworker, Carpenter, or in a similar role within precast, construction, or manufacturing.
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
· Reliable, hardworking attitude with a strong focus on safety and quality.
· Own reliable transport (due to our Shepparton location).
· White Card (Construction Induction Card).
· Highly Regarded:
· Formal qualification in Carpentry, Formwork, or a related trade (Certificate III desirable).
· Experience with precast concrete manufacturing.
