This is an exciting opportunity to shape the Kogarah Redevelopment Project where you will work on site and in our Sydney office while enjoying one day a week working from home.
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Logistics team
You will be an experienced leader who is confident navigating complex environments, engaging with multiple stakeholders and delivering major projects with clarity and certainty. Working closely with our Development team and Joint Venture partners and tenants to ensure seamless delivery outcomes across the project lifecycle.
What You Will Do
* Leader of the Project Management of the end-to-end delivery of the Kogarah Redevelopment Project, ensuring the project meets time, cost, sustainability and quality requirements.
* Provide specialist project management leadership, tools and methodologies to support large and complex logistics and infrastructure developments.
* Work closely with Development teams to manage project planning, design coordination, authority approvals and customer requirements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, Joint Venture partners, tenants and Stockland stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
* Champion safety, quality, program, commercial management and sustainability across the project.
* Lead a team of project managers and assistant project managers driving collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement across the project.

Experience and Skills That Count
* Strong experience delivering complex large scale built projects.
* Expertise across design management, cost planning, programming, authority approvals, commercial management, and construction delivery.
* Brings a strong industry network and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior external stakeholders.
* Proven leadership experience managing and developing project teams.
* International project delivery experience is highly regarded.
