About the Role
This is a rare executive leadership opportunity within a purpose-driven organisation. The Lifetime Support Authority (LSA) is a South Australian agency dedicated to delivering the Lifetime Support Scheme.
As Director of Strategic Operations, you will provide senior oversight of LSA's Finance, Analytics, Procurement, IT and Business Intelligence functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the development and execution of strategic business plans
2. Oversee financial management and reporting ensuring accurate and timely delivery
3. Enhance business intelligence capabilities and drive data-driven decision making
4. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and manage enterprise risk
5. Drive project delivery aligned with organisational priorities
6. Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership and mentoring
Requirements
* Relevant tertiary qualification in a relevant field
* Experience within the public sector or related industries
* Proven ability to lead diverse complex portfolios with strategic commercial insight
