Community Liaison Specialist
About the Role:
This role involves leading strategic communication and stakeholder coordination efforts directly with customers and community to support the successful delivery of water and sewer infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities include managing ongoing stakeholder relationships, creating structured and customer centric ways to reflect the communities voice throughout Water and Sewer major projects and programs, and providing quality customer service and creating value for the community.
The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Public Participation, Social or Strategic Planning or related field, as well as extensive experience in stakeholder management and community engagement programs for a large organisation.
They will also possess the ability to work in a challenging environment with changing priorities while ensuring quality outcomes and performance.

Requirements:
* A Degree qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Public Participation, Social or Strategic Planning or related field OR demonstrated solid contemporary experience in a similar role combined with ongoing professional development.
* A current Class C Drivers Licence.
* Extensive experience in stakeholder management and community engagement programs for a large organisation.
* Experience working in a highly regulated industry where customers remain at the centre.
* The ability to work in a challenging environment with changing priorities while ensuring quality outcomes and performance.
* Experience with survey platforms and conducting survey analysis.
