At PwC Australia, your role in the Salesforce Enablement team will be instrumental in driving user adoption, elevating the user experience, and communicating all existing and future Salesforce features to support client engagement and business growth. We're looking for a Salesforce superstar passionate about demonstrating how the platform can be used as a leading CRM system. You will partner with stakeholders across multiple Lines of Service and business units to shape and continuously improve the Salesforce experience.

What you'll do:
* Using your knowledge of Salesforce CRM, drive Salesforce adoption across the business as part of the Salesforce Enablement and Support team; deliver Salesforce learning experiences, including training for specific user groups (e.g., Executive Assistants, Partners, Account Managers).
* Maintain knowledge repositories of Salesforce guidance and materials in Sharepoint, building dynamic elements to enhance content; participate in Salesforce release management reviews to update guidance documentation accordingly.
* Actively extract user stories from the business to contribute enhancement requests to the product development team; implement Salesforce change strategies to increase user knowledge and understanding of modules/functionality.
* Implement data cleanse exercises for completeness and accuracy of Salesforce data; develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure metrics reflect business priorities and translate into actionable insights that drive growth.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, TechHub, Client Listening) to align Salesforce with broader firm initiatives.
What we're looking for:
* Some hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment; Salesforce Administrator certification is a strong plus.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders at all levels; pragmatic, solution-focused problem solver driving measurable outcomes.
* Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SQL, and Advanced Excel is a strong plus.
* Demonstrated project management capability to prioritize and deliver multiple concurrent initiatives, manage stakeholders, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
* Proficiency in building reports and dashboards, performing data analysis to generate actionable insights, align metrics to business priorities, and support decision-making.
