Program Leadership Opportunity
Uniting AgeWell is seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead the development and delivery of Home Care and Respite Services in the Echuca community.
The successful candidate will provide leadership and manage the provision of high-quality, compliant services, developing and implementing fee-for-service approaches and ensuring client assessments are conducted as required.
This role requires a tertiary qualification in management, business, or a related discipline, along with experience in operational management in a health/aged care organisation.
Key skills include sound knowledge of aged care and business development, experience and expertise in working within and monitoring budgets, and leadership and development of a cohesive team to support staff in delivering high-quality services.
