In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of centers in Castle Hill, Sydney, and nearby suburbs on a nine-month parental leave contract.You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with tenant retailers and ensuring the trading environment is well presented, ensuring a safe and inviting destination for customers.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support to the client in administering the terms of all leases.Assist the client to maintain an up-to-date tenancy schedule and calendar of significant events.Regular Inspection of the Centre/s to ensure the highest level of housekeeping together with the co-ordination of any works (as required).Establishing and maintaining liaison with all tenants and occupiers of the Centre to ensure their satisfaction.Provide recommendations to the Facilities Manager for maintenance works and Capital ExpenditureAttend regular client management meetings and conference calls.Provide a weekly summary report on Tenant Performance and Feedback and Property PresentationWho are we looking for?Join a team where the uniqueness of our people is celebrated, contribution is rewarded, and voices are respected and heard.
