Business & Enterprise Sales and Service Operations Manager

The Business & Enterprise Sales and Service Operations Manager is a strategic and operational leader responsible for optimizing sales journeys, enhancing customer service, and aligning both functions with broader business goals. This role bridges the gap between sales strategy and execution, ensuring that the sales and service teams operate efficiently, effectively and collaboratively, driving customer experience, retention and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a desk‐based, onshore team of Small Business Account Managers to deliver growth and retention targets.
  • Develop and implement scalable sales processes and workflows.
  • Lead sales forecasting and pipeline analysis to drive individual and team adherence to targets.
  • Lead on‐shore Small Business & Enterprise mobility customer service teams, ensuring timely and high‐quality support through a concierge model that refers admin and processing to offshore teams.
  • Lead a team of customer onsite Service Specialists to drive standard and consistent service management experience into key accounts.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across both departments.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders and internal and external business partners.
  • Develop and grow the team, ensuring you role‐model appropriate behaviours through leadership to influence performance.

What you'll bring

  • Strong sales and service leadership with proven ability to encourage and influence positive performance results and behaviours of team members.
  • The ability to coach and motivate individuals in using a "business solutions" approach, utilising TPG's product and services to identify customer needs and sell into applicable market sectors.
  • Ability to creatively position TPG as an innovative, flexible, and responsive service provider.
  • Proven cultivator and closer of sales opportunities in the business segment.

Ideally, you will also have

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Telecommunications sales and service experience preferred.
