You will be part of a collaborative and technically strong team, working in a dynamic environment to deliver innovative integration solutions that connect systems and data effectively. This role combines hands-on technical analysis and solution design with leadership responsibilities and strategic input into integration frameworks and operations. Key responsibilities will include: Leading the analysis, design, and implementation of integration solutions and APIs to support data and application interoperability across the University. Providing technical leadership and operational support for integration platforms, including consultation on governance, solution architecture, and best practices. Managing team members and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and support of integration services. You bring technical depth in integration architecture and development, strong leadership capabilities, and the interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders. Your experience spans agile delivery, data integration, and enterprise-grade IT environments. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate: Proven experience leading IT projects, teams, and budgets to deliver integration services that meet complex client needs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver solutions that integrate diverse systems, processes, and data. Expertise in architecting, developing, and operating integration solutions, including APIs and data flows. Experience with relational database design and advanced query writing. Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies, particularly SCRUM. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Practical experience with modern integration technologies, cloud services (e.g., AWS), API platforms, messaging or streaming tools, and ETL pipelines.
