As the Care Operations Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals to achieve exceptional outcomes in resident care and satisfaction. You will work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless integration of care services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care delivery
- Monitor and analyze care data to inform quality improvement initiatives
- Foster a culture of person-centered care among staff
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of care staff
Qualifications and Experience
- 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the aged care sector
- Registered Nurse qualification and AHPRA registration
- Proven track record in improving care quality and resident satisfaction
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
