About Cadia
Our Cadia Valley Operation in New South Wales is situated about 25 kilometers from Orange and 250 kilometers west of Sydney. Cadia produces gold doré bars from a gravity circuit and gold-rich copper concentrates from a flotation circuit. The operation includes the Cadia East Mine which is globally renowned for its use of block caving, a large-scale underground mining method.

Your Impact
As a Supervisor Geology – Resource, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate geological data collection and supporting resource modeling and mine planning. Your leadership will drive safe, efficient drilling operations and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance data quality and operational performance.
As Part of Our Team, You Will
* Supervise in-fill drilling programs to ensure precise geological data.
* Collaborate with drilling teams on drill hole placement and sampling.
* Maintain accurate records and reports of geological data and activities.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior geologists and drilling crews.
* Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
* Assist in creating drilling schedules and budgets.
* Implement initiatives to improve drilling efficiency and data accuracy.
Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role
* Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geological Engineering, Earth Science, or related field.
* Strong knowledge of geologic mapping, structural geology, and integration of datasets.
* Understanding of mine production, mine planning, and risk management principles.
* Advanced proficiency in geologic mapping and geometric analysis techniques.
* Competence in project and/or contract management.
