Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
* Communicating with owners, councils, contractors, and service providers.
* Preparing and managing budgets and financial reports.
* Leading Annual General Meetings and ensuring follow-up is handled efficiently.
* Managing the recovery of outstanding levies.
* Responding to phone, email, and in-person queries with professionalism.
* Taking on various tasks as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
Skills and Experience We Value:
* Experiencein strata or assistant strata management (property managers welcome to apply).
* Strong customer service focus and relationship management skills.
* Working knowledge of theStrata Titles Act and Regulations.
* Confident communicator – both written and verbal.
* Experience withProperty IQis a plus, but not essential – we'll train you.
* Strong digital and financial literacy – particularly around budgeting and reporting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Sharp attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
* A team player who can problem-solve and adapt when the unexpected crops up.
