Job Description
The Team Leader is responsible for leading and driving the operational performance of a team in a water treatment plant, ensuring service delivery objectives are met.
You will set the standard for safety and develop a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and open communication throughout the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead daily activities for the operations team to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Oversee and provide operational guidance to the team to deliver high-performing water treatment plants and manage works.
* Set standards for the team as a leader, driving safety and culture practices, including administrative requirements, such as works management, finance, asset management, reporting, and maintenance programs.
