As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Maintaining high levels of organization and productivity
* Leading by example and promoting teamwork among staff members
* Planning menus with chefs to ensure exceptional dining experiences
* Organizing special events and ensuring seamless execution
* Managing financial transactions and inventory effectively
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
* Selecting, training, and supervising staff to meet business needs
For the Cook/Chef position, we require:
* Certificate III in Hospitality – Commercial Cookery or higher (essential) and at least 1-3 years' experience
* High standards of cooking with attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
* A strong work ethic with ability to perform under pressure
* Maintenance of service standards and ability to work autonomously
* Good knife skills and quick preparation capabilities
* Current HACCP and relevant Food Safety accreditation
