In this hands-on role, you'll ensure gardens and grounds are kept neat and attractive for residents and visitors, while also supporting minor maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment works.Key responsibilities of this role include:* Maintaining existing gardens and assist with new development works for landscaping around the site.* Communicating clearly and compassionately especially to elderly residents in their home whilst carrying out garden maintenance.* Maintaining a high level of understanding of suitability for plants insofar as maintainability needs, lifespan, appearance and provision of related technical advice as required.* Using motorized garden equipment, while ensuring the safety of residents, visitors and staff in the proximity.* Implementing environmentally friendly garden management practices.* Developing a sound knowledge of new equipment to the extent required to effectively maintain the equipment.**What We Offer*** **Salary Packaging:** As a not‐for‐profit employer, we offer generous salary packaging benefits that help maximise your take‐home pay.
