About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as a Service Delivery Leader. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.
Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing customer plans, building positive relationships with clients and staff, and coordinating rosters and schedules.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop partnerships and networks within the community, ensuring high standards of quality control and compliance throughout all areas of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement customer plans that meet the needs of our clients
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and staff
* Coordinate rosters and schedules to ensure efficient operations
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop partnerships and networks within the community
* Mentor and support staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
Requirements
* A minimum of two years' experience in a leadership role working with complex care requirements for people with disability
* Certificate 4 in Disability Support or willingness to work towards one
* Proven experience in leadership, supervision, development, and support of a large team of staff
* An understanding of NDIS is desirable
* Excellent administration skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Willingness to use your fully insured and registered private vehicle (aligned with our motor vehicle allowance rebate)
