JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Technical Writer/Content Designer is responsible for delivering high‐quality documentation across CRM and RC projects, spanning detailed system design, configuration, and technical support materials through to clear, user‐friendly training guides. Working closely with project technical teams, the role contributes to the development of solution design documentation, technical reference materials, service support artefacts, and end‐user training content. A key focus is translating complex technical concepts into accessible information tailored to a range of audiences, including operational users and executive stakeholders.
This role plays a critical part in supporting project delivery by compiling and synthesising technical inputs from Service Providers into cohesive system design, architecture, and security documentation, while liaising with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and clarity. The Technical Writer Content Designer applies advanced writing and content design expertise within multidisciplinary teams, ensuring all documentation meets Commonwealth Style Guide and accessibility (WCAG) standards. Maintaining consistency, accuracy, and usability across the full documentation lifecycle is essential, as is aligning outputs with integrated infrastructure and product development outcomes.
