Studio Leadership Role Overview
The Studio Manager will be the cultural and operational heartbeat of the studio. They will drive systems that make our studio a connected, results-driven fitness community.
Main Responsibilities:
* Create a Positive Member Experience by delivering exceptional coaching, atmosphere, and studio presentation.
* Increase Sales, Inductions & Membership Growth by converting first-timers into lifelong members, running effective inductions, and executing our structured nurture system.
* Maintain Retention & Member Accountability by delivering regular retention touchpoints, maintaining seasonal retention programs, and supporting members with lifestyle and routine challenges.
* Lead Social Media & Brand Presence by creating engaging social content aligned with our target audience, highlighting member achievements, and building connections with local businesses and wellness partners.
* Mentor and Guide Coaches to Achieve Excellence by ensuring clear adherence to protocols, upholding punctuality, coaching standards, and energy levels.
* Ensure Operations are Efficient and World-Class by following established processes, maintaining equipment care, cleanliness, safety, and studio presentation, and communicating proactively with the team.
