About the Role:
This hands-on and fast-paced role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out and about, taking pride in presenting properties at their best and delivering top-tier service to clients. In this position, you'll play a vital role across both the leasing and property management functions — from showcasing properties to preparing detailed condition reports and supporting our marketing efforts.
You'll be the face of our brand at open homes and private inspections, conduct entry, routine and exit inspections, and contribute to creating a seamless experience for both tenants and landlords. Responsibilities
* Capture high-quality photos of properties to support advertising and online campaigns
* Create and distribute marketing collateral including Coming Soon, Just Listed, Just Leased, and Just Sold flyers across the local area
* Attend and manage private appointments and open-for-inspections, providing a professional and welcoming experience for prospective tenants and buyers
* Prepare and deliver welcome kits for new tenants and landlords, and attend key handover appointments as required
* Conduct comprehensive entry condition reports, routine inspections, and exit inspections in line with legislative requirements
* Monitor and report any issues related to Rental Minimum Standards to the Property Manager and landlords
* Support the property management and sales teams by attending additional property inspections as required
* Deliver outstanding customer service to prospective tenants, landlords, and clients at every stage of the process
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a sales or property management is essential
* Agent's Representative Certificate (mandatory) and the ability to provide a Police Check
* Australian Driver's Licence
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
* Tech-savvy and experience with Canva, social media platforms, and CRM software
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A positive team player who enjoys contributing to culture and team success
