We're looking for a talented Designer or Architect to join our Sydney Living team and play a key role across a diverse mix of large‑scale multi‑residential projects.
This is a hands‑on role suited to a creative, confident all‑rounder who is equally comfortable designing, documenting and delivering. You'll contribute to concept development, and help shape project narratives alongside our studio leaders.
What You'll Do
* Work across all project phases – from early concept to final delivery
* Collaborate with internal project teams to understand and develop the design and documentation in response to stakeholder requirements
* Prepare presentations and visualisations using Revit, Enscape, InDesign & Photoshop
* Work closely with senior project architects to preserve design intent from concept to completion
* Present ideas clearly – visually, verbally and in writing
* Support project leaders in developing and maintaining strong client relationships
* Receive mentorship and support, working alongside highly experienced, collaborative Project Leaders and Principals
What You'll Bring
* Minimum of 3 years post‑graduate (M.Arch) experience
* Prior experience working across all stages of large‑scale residential projects
* Well‑developed Revit and documentation skills
* Knowledge of BCA/NCC, Australian Standards and local materials/suppliers, particularly with regards to residential projects
* Creative problem‑solving and a methodical, proactive approach
* Design excellence in all you do, from project inception to completion
* A collaborative mindset and clear communication style
