The Care Access Officer position plays an important part our administration team and with an essential role in client bookings, supporting our allied health professionals to deliver prompt, high-quality services.
**As the Care Access Officer at Vital Health you will be responsible for**:
- Supporting clinicians to manage their diary, including bookings / rebookings / charging / documenting / maintaining clinical supports and meetings in their diary
- Support Clinician as required to effectively deliver therapy by assisting with forms, preparation for outreach / home visit or offsite therapy session
- Providing NDIS administrative support to clinicians; including coordinating NDIS service agreements
- Maintaining communication with clients, families, stakeholders & clinicians; and Contributing updates and feedback to NDIS case conferences;
- Assisting clinicians with forms, preparation for outreach / home visit or offsite therapy session
- Ensuring clinic and clinic rooms cleanliness process is completed correctly
- Ensuring payments processes, reconciliations, and responses to incorrect processes and client outstanding fees are followed correctly and timely
- Maintaining up-to-date information for all client records
- Ensuring processes are followed ie. referrals, bookings, appointments, charging and rebooking
**About you**:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- An understanding of business systems and processes
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite
- High level communication skills
- Pro-active approach to problem solving and ability to take initiative
