Jenarc is a client-side project management business in the construction industry. Our speciality is helping regional and remote clients deliver healthcare and community-based infrastructure projects, and we offer services from the feasibility phase of a project, through to design management and construction superintendency.
We're a small business that is trusted for our delivery expertise in effectively managing consultants and head contractors, helping our clients overcome unique challenges they face in regional and remote Australia.
While we operate out of Canberra, we offer the opportunity to travel to different locations across Australia, particularly remote and hard-to-reach places. Though travel is not a requirement for this role.
The Role and Tasks
The role is a full-time role based in Canberra starting in late January/early February 2026, with a salary range of $75,000 - $110,000 + Super, depending on your experience.

As a Project Coordinator, you will work directly with the Director and support them in delivering a range of projects. Your skill set will enable you to fulfil the following tasks and responsibilities:
* Track project progress, budgets, requests for information, risks and project quality through Procore, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
* Assist in coordinating design consultants and builders in line with the client's requirements.
* Interpret and analyse design drawings and documentation.
* Effectively engage with clients and consultants to support successful outcomes.
* Support procurement processes, including the development of tender documentation, evaluations and clarifications.
* Communicate effectively through monthly reporting, meeting preparation and minutes.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have experience or a strong interest in the construction, engineering and/or design industry. You'll bring the following skills and attributes to the role:
* Degree/studying/trade experience in a relevant discipline such as construction, building, engineering, architecture, or project management.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to track project progress, communication and budgets.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to and willingness to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders – from federal government, local government, private consultants, and small regional businesses.
* You'll be proactive and willing to progress work, even in challenging environments.
* A desire to learn, grow and take on increasing responsibility.

As a small business, you will work closely with the Director, providing ample opportunity for skill development in the construction industry, particularly in developing programs, value management, contract management and managing consultants and head contractors through construction delivery.
Become proficient at running jobs through Procore (a commonly used construction program).
