Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our team in Western Australia.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive new business growth by selling our platform to real estate agencies. This will involve engaging with agencies, articulating the platform's value, delivering product demonstrations, closing deals, and ensuring seamless handovers to onboarding teams.

You will also be responsible for building and nurturing referral partner relationships, leveraging programs to generate qualified leads, and maintaining a strong pipeline through partner channels. In addition, you will work closely with onboarding teams to ensure smooth setup.

The ideal candidate is a proven sales performer with a history of closing deals, driven, coachable, and highly disciplined. You should possess excellent communication skills, be able to engage principals and property managers, and have data-driven decision-making capabilities. A real estate or property background is advantageous but not essential.

You will participate in regular team meetings, support team initiatives and objectives, receive ongoing training and coaching, and enjoy opportunities for career growth and professional development.
