We've been in business for 17 years (Under Alex's Management for 7 years) and to be honest, in the early days we were just another company that hired an Arborist for more money, invested minimally and would eventually lose our best people. Here's what we need from you:
Cert III in Arb Climbing (or international equivalent) and 3 years post apprenticeship experience
Cert II in ESI (not essential)
MR truck license is a must
Hold a current EWP license
Experience in using excavators, bobcats, stump grinders or have worked with them onsite
Be able to work un-supervised, run your own jobs jobs and train other team members.
Honest and trustworthy.
Experience in using cranes for tree removal (not essential)
Have experience in large tree removals, large pruning works.
Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch.
Great people skills both with fellow workmates and customers.
