Permanent People are working with a high-performing, well-established international recruitment business expanding across the APAC region - with Sydney as a key growth hub.
They're looking to hire Senior Consultants, Principals, and potential Associate Directors who want more ownership, better market access, and a platform to scale.
What you'll be doing
* Running a full 360 desk across your specialist market
* Building and developing long-term client relationships
* Delivering on retained and contingent mandates
* Identifying new business opportunities in high-growth sectors
* Playing a key role in growing a high-performing team/desk
Markets you can specialise in
* Renewable Energy & Data Centres
What they're looking for
* Proven 360 recruitment experience (Senior / Principal level)
* Strong billing track record and commercial mindset
* Experience in one of the above sectors
* Ability to build or leverage an existing network
* Open to relocating to Australia / APAC or already based locally
