About the Opportunity
Join our team supporting Point of Care Testing (PoCT) services in regional hospitals. PoCT uses small, mobile analysers to test pathology samples and deliver rapid, on‐the‐spot results right at the patient's bedside, helping clinicians make faster, safer decisions.
Responsibilities
* Coordinating and dispatching PoCT consumables and stock to clinical sites
* Providing friendly and timely customer support to local hospital staff
* Assisting the team with administrative and operational tasks
This role is Monday to Friday, with start times between 7:00–8:00am, and no weekend work.
We would like someone who:
* Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A familiarity with Office 365 (especially Excel) if possible
What you\'ll be doing
The PoCT Product and Customer Support Officer will be responsible for provision of scientific and technical support services for the Point of Care Testing (PoCT) zone.
