The Role Working closely with internal finance teams, researchers, and external partners, you will be instrumental in managing core accounting processes across payroll and revenue - ensuring timeliness and accuracy in reporting. Lead organisation-wide payroll accounting, including budgeting assumptions, month end processes and financial forecasting Oversee payroll-related journals, internal recharges, and invoicing tied to grants and partner funding Manage revenue accounting, processes which include funding analysis, budget alignments and stakeholder invoicing Lead internal and external financial reporting, including grants and acquittals for healthcare Contribute to a well connected and supportive team, and collaborative team environment Your Profile A well rounded financial accountant, you will have experience in medium to large businesses, with no preference on industry background. A passionate, collaborative, and ethical team player, you will show a strong sense of initiative and strong communication skills.
