About the Team
Join a multidisciplinary Youth Mental Health team within the Home (Y‐HiTH) service, dedicated to delivering recovery‐oriented care for young people and their families in the community.
Role Overview
As a Youth Worker in the Y‐HiTH program, you will work under the direction of a clinical case manager, supporting the delivery of high‐quality mental health care for young people across various clinical streams (Community, Out‐of‐home‐care children, Youth 16‐24, Youth Forensic, etc.). Your duties include providing assistance and support to young people and their families, and participating in a multidisciplinary team to meet relevant professional, legal, and health standards.
Qualifications
* Current Working with Children Registration.
* Current Driver's Licence and possession of any other required registrations that remain valid throughout employment.
Desirable:
* Certificate IV in Youth Work or Community Services.
* Experience working with young people in a similar role.
* Current "Provide First Aid (HLTAID003 or HLTAID011)" Certificate.
* Mental Health First Aid or equivalent.

Employment Details
Permanent full‐time, shift worker position; working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. Hours may be negotiated.
